Domestic Shipping

Free domestic USPS First Class Package shipping is included with your purchase. LifeShip includes a postage paid return shipping envelope to mail back your sample.

Products generally ship within 2 days of placing an order.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, the UK and Taiwan with the intention to expand to other countries as well. Please check back here to see if your country has been added.

For international shipping, the customer pays a flat shipping rate of $9 and may need to pay import tariffs as per their country’s regulations. The customer is responsible for procuring shipment of their sample back to California, USA.

Packaging

Packages come in a plain envelope without branding to maintain the surprise for gift orders.

We strive to use only sustainable shipping materials.


Eligibility 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Start a Return

Contact us at hello@lifeship.com. Please mention “Returning Kit” in your email’s subject. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
