Eligibility 
LifeShip Tees and Patch/Sticker packs are final sale and not eligible for returns. For DNA and Ash kits, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Start a Return
Contact us at hello@lifeship.com. Please mention “Returning Kit” in your email’s subject. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Domestic Shipping
Free domestic USPS First Class Package shipping is included with your purchase. For DNA and Ash kits, LifeShip includes a postage paid return shipping envelope to mail back your sample.

Domestic shipping normally arrives in 4-6 days using USPS.
Priority domestic shipping is generally 2-4 days using USPS.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Austria, Australia, Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belgium, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Germany, Greece, Guadaloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Isle of Man, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Malto, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Monte Negro, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, The UK, Ukraine and Vatican City, with the intention to expand to other countries as well. For international shipping, the customer pays a flat shipping rate of $9 and may need to pay import tariffs as per their country’s regulations. The customer is responsible for procuring shipment of their sample back to California, USA.

Packaging
Packages come in a plain shipping box without branding to maintain the surprise for gift orders.
