Eligibility
LifeShip Tees and Patch/Sticker packs are final sale and not eligible for returns. For DNA and Ash kits, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Contact us at hello@lifeship.com. Please mention “Returning Kit” in your email’s subject. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Domestic Shipping
Free domestic USPS First Class Package shipping is included with your purchase. For DNA and Ash kits, LifeShip includes a postage paid return shipping envelope to mail back your sample.

Domestic shipping normally arrives in 4-6 days using USPS.
Priority domestic shipping is generally 2-4 days using USPS.

International Shipping

The silver lining in my pain

How do you possibly pay homage to your best friend when they pass? When my 15-year-old rescue pug was declining in health earlier this year, I struggled to find ways to honor him like I wanted to. I'm lucky that I had time to prep for his departure and say goodbye, but that's almost harder because you want to make it count. I had his paw imprinted, but it didn't seem like enough. A dear friend gifted me this beautiful kit, and it couldn't have been more perfect. I loved him to the moon and back, so I can't imagine a better way to memorialize him. The kit itself is beautiful. The branding is so thoughtful. The DNA extraction is incredibly simple, just a painless cheek swab and you can love your best friend to the moon and back. I would highly recommend it as a way to memorialize your pet or even just a fun way to celebrate their life.
